TEREN / Support
Let’s stay in touch
Tell us what happened so we can understand the issue. TEREN’s official contact is the email address below.
support@terenmaps.comWhat to include
Include your TEREN version, iOS version, approximate time of the issue, what you did and the visible error message. If useful, send a screenshot with personal information and places hidden.
Share your Support ID privately only when needed for an access question. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card details, receipts, raw logs or precise coordinates. Do not delete data or reinstall TEREN to try to fix an issue.
Before heading outdoors
Download the map area you need while connected and check that it is available. Manage location permission in iOS settings. To record a trip, explicitly start it and finish it when you return.
Check landmarks independently: GPS and maps can be wrong. The mushroom guide does not establish whether a mushroom is safe to eat.
Who operates TEREN
ФОП Воронцов Максим Валентинович, Ukraine. For app and personal data questions: support@terenmaps.com.
Common questions
How do I restore purchased access?
If purchases are available in your build, open PLUS management in TEREN and select Restore Purchases. Check that you are using the Apple account used for the purchase. If access does not return, contact support with the app version and, if needed, your Support ID.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and select TEREN if you have subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. See Apple’s instructions.
How do I request a refund?
For purchases through Apple, use Report a Problem. Apple reviews requests and decides under its own rules; TEREN support cannot promise the outcome.
Why are maps or location unavailable?
Check the connection when downloading and location permission in iOS settings. Prepared areas are available offline; GPS quality depends on conditions. If the issue remains, describe the error without your precise location.
Can I rely on mushroom identification?
The guide is informational. A photo and description do not confirm a species, edibility or the absence of a poisonous lookalike. Do not eat mushrooms based on the TEREN guide.
